Driver Training Ltd are a full driving school offering lessons in all disciplines so, as well as teaching learner drivers and training driving instructors, we also offer LGV or HGV driver training in and around Telford, Shrewsbury, Stafford and Oswestry.

What's the difference between LGV and HGV?

Absolutely nothing! In 1997 new legislation was introduced relating to the driving of large commercial vehicles. One of the changes that was made was for Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGV) to be called Large Goods Vehicles (LGV). So they are exactly the same, but we refer to both to avoid confusion.
